Account Information

1.1 Why Create Account

You don't need to create an account to place an order. Once your order is complete, you will be required to enter your billing & delivery information.

BUT, if you create an account you can login and enjoy the benefits for future purchasing. You can save your cart and login later to complete you order. Your personal information, addresses and preferences are saved, saving you time and hassle of entering your details each order. The extra facility of viewing your order history and progress status is only available for account holders.

1.3 Order History & Delivery Status

Ordering Information

2.1 Making An Order

By navigating through the categories found on the left, then via the visual sub-categories you can view full details on our full range of stock available. Once you have decided, enter the qty you wish to purchase and click the "Buy Now” button. Each item will show quantity available in stock. Please make sure your order quantity is below the maximum.

As long as you have logged in, you can add items to your cart and finish order another time, it will save your selections.

When completed you can confirm and view your order, click on the "view cart" button. Here you can change qty or remove items, then select Update Cart. Once satisfied with your order, select “Checkout” button to be guided through the checkout process. If you are a new customer it would be better to create an account now so you can view your order status and for ease on return visits.

Otherwise login, and your address details will be pre-filled, please confirm they are the correct details before continuing. Select your shipping method and select “continue”. You will be taken to a secure payment form, select your payment method, and then select continue.

Order Confirmation page will be displayed detailing your order, postage & payment instructions. Select “Confirm Order” to finalise order. Once complete, you will be emailed an invoice and confirmation of your order via email.

2.2 Pricing Information

All products on our site are priced 25% below our normal retail in store prices. Our Online Store is Mail Order only, therefore our costs are reduced and we are passing that on direct to you, as long as you are happy with mail order. We do not allow pick up as packing may be done at one of two locations. No exceptions.

In our retail shop we have a discount structure in place already, based on qty purchased, so we have continue this idea to our online store. BUT, please note online pricing discounts or price level allocations are availabe to online orders only and does not transfer to in-store retail shop purchasing.  

On top of that, we offer extra discounts based on your order quantity/packs ordered online and monthly expenditure: -

Wholesale Pricing: -
Business ONLY – Discounts and pricing structure will be advised upon wholesale status being verified. Company ABN & Business registration is required to be forwarded to our office for approval. Please register for an account as usual and forward copies of documentation for our file.


Our online store automatically calculates the prices based on the amount of packs ordered inclusive of GST and including any discount offered based on the qty structure. Your account will be linked to pricing level based on the above and pricing will be automatic to that price level.

2.3 Payment Options

Australian Customers Only: - Direct Bank Deposit (preferable) / Australia Post Money Order
We accept and prefer Direct Bank Deposit or Australia Post Money Order. Upon checkout you just need to select your payment method. If Direct Deposit is selected you will receive an email with the relevant information for payment.

Credit card payment (Visa / Mastercard/ Bank Card) via Westpac Web Advantage
We use Secure Online Global Trading & Financial Service via Westpac Web Advantage to process our credit cards.

We will only process your order once payment has been cleared in full. This will normally take up to 48 hours for Direct Bank Deposits and Credit Cards. One business day after receiving Money Orders.

2.4 Out of Stock Product

We do have consistent supply of the majority of our stock range, so any item out of stock will be stated online. We stock over 6000 products and always endeavor to keep stock on hand. We do not track back orders on line, but can keep record of saved cart items, therefore any required items, it is best to add them to your cart and save until stock becomes available.

Being our stock range is supplied to our retail store and online store, it is quite difficult to determine if items you have chosen to purchase are in stock because of the possibility of multiple orders of the same product being received at the same time. Unfortunately, this is hard to avoid. In the event an item you have purchased and paid for is unavailable, we can either:

  • offer you a voucher for you to use when you shop with us the next time to reimburse what is owing
  • offer you a refund for what is owing (for Australian customers only)
  • or you can choose an alternative product(s) from our website with the same value.

3.1 Shipping Methods – Within Australia

Within Australia, we use the following shipping methods :

Australia Post Regular
Cost effective solution. Arrival within 4-7 business days. Not insured and Not trackable. Postage is calculated based on weight of items purchased. Our online store is integrated direct with Australia Post charges so post charges are exact. Pricing can be checked www.australiapost.com.au

Australia Post Registered (recommended)
Persons must be available to receive registered parcels. Insured & Trackable. This method costs $3.20 per package/order which covers Insurance up to $100 for purchases. Extra insurance cover of up to $5000 per article can be purchased for $1.15 per $100 or part thereof, up to the $5000 maximum. 

During checkout, on the Payment Informaton screen, postage insurance will be pre-calculated based on your order value and available as an option, you will need to tick. If you wish to purchase extra insurance, or have any queries please contact us at orders@beadworx.net.au.

Australia Post Express
Quick delivery service. Arrival within 1-2 business days. Trackable between Delivery Depots only, Not Insured. Postage is calculated based on weight of items purchased. We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system and any problems must be taken up with Australia Post.

Australia Post International Sea  Mail

Australia Post International Insurance – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED       
We highly recommend insurance for international orders. Insurance cost an additional $7.50 for the first $100.00 insured and $2.00 for every additional $100.00 up to $5000.00. When you purchase insurance, you'll receive

  • coverage against loss, theft or damage of your international mail
  • proof of posting
  • secure handling
  • a signature on delivery

International Customers Note: Please note that International Air Mail is not traceable so if you do not purchase insurance, we will not to be held responsible if your parcel is lost or damage within the postal system.

Returns

 

4.1 Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us so all items are examined prior to packaging to ensure they are sent in good condition, we however cannot control what happens in shipping. Registered post is highly recommended to ensure your goods are insured for loss or damage.

If you are not happy with your purchases, or changed your mind, you many return goods for exchange or credit voucher, however a 20% restocking fee will be charged on the value of the goods. Items must be received within 14 days of receiving your order and in the original condition/packaging as sent to you.

Sale or Clearance Items CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.

4.2 Return Instruction

Prior to returning product, you must email returns@beadworx.net.au to request return reference #. Once you receive return # goods must be returned to our office within 14 days of your order being received. Upon returned goods being received, they will be examined, and if accepted you will be offered exchange voucher to the value of the goods (not including shipping and handling cost). We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Gift Voucher FAQ

 

5.1 Purchasing Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in he Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to some one via email.

5.2 How to Send Gift Vouchers

To send a Gift Voucher that you have purchased, you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following:

The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.)
A short message which will apear in the email.

Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

5.3 Buying with Gift Vouchers

If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Clicking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Voucher Account for the future.

5.4 Redeeming Gift Vouchers

If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher in two ways: -

1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. you will the be requested to create an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.

2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Voucher account. You Can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store.
